RUNNING LATE?
Under most circumstances, guests more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. Please call to make sure your reservation can still be accommodated.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW?
Late Cancel: 50% of service will be charged before scheduling future reservations for any late cancels within 24 hours.
No Show: 100% of the service will be charged before rescheduling.
